Why advertise/sponsor?
RNA is the only association for journalists who cover religion in the mainstream media. This is the single best way to reach our highly specialized, unique group. Plus, RNA's reach is enormous—our members’ news reports reach more than 30 million people worldwide, and our Web site draws more than a half million monthly visitors.
About the 2008 RNA Conference
Our Annual Conference is our most popular training event. Each year in the fall we bring together religion reporters and scholars from across the country.
The conference officially opens at Noon, Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008. It closes at noon Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008. Exhibition room hours will be constrained to Thursday, Friday & Saturday of the conference.
Anticipated attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors: 250–300. This includes religion reporters at newspapers, radio and television stations, as well as experts, educators and communicators of religion. Typical outlets include: USA TODAY, NPR, The Associated Press, The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly, Los Angeles Times, Religion News Service, The Dallas Morning News, and dozens of others.

Advertising policy
RNA welcomes groups who would like to promote a new product, service or other useful tool for religion reporters. RNA reserves the right to refuse any form of advertising deemed inappropriate to distribute to RNA’s membership. In addition, all advertising placements are left solely to the discretion of RNA. All advertising and sponsorships are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Non-compete clause
RNA requires that no advertiser, sponsor or other company hold an event during the 2008 RNA conference that is in direct competition with RNA programming. Permission must be secured to invite RNA attendees to private events during the conference.
Cancellations
Advertising & sponsorship cancellations will be refunded in full until Aug. 1, 2008. No refunds will be issued after that date.
